My emotional walls are coming down.

We admire Sunset's progress with learning to trust people again.  This is a slow, steady, beautiful thing to watch.

She is a gorgeous young girl we rescued from a park.  She had been abandoned there to fend for herself, like countless others, but as you know, domesticated rabbits cannot survive on their own.  Many die from starvation, or get struck by vehicles as they seek out someone to feed them, or they lure coyotes onto golf courses and neighborhood parks for easy meals.

Sunset is a Satin mix with a tender nature.  She is about one year of age, now spayed and ready for adoption.

Please visit Nevada SPCA's Lovebugs Room and ask for this sweetheart by name.
