Herman is a pleasant, humble older boy who just wants to be loved in a peaceful home. He is a petite Chihuahua, neutered, 12 years of age, great with dogs, debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
At the time of rescue he was living in a rabbit hutch and his previous owner said he did not want him anymore and was going to release him onto the streets.
Herman though is a treasure, not trash, full of unconditional love.
