Yes old Star Wars owns new Star Wars. Ok time to stay on target. TSM is a monster but lets knock out an easy How-To guide for TSM_Mailing which is very good for "smart" mailing items to different crafting chars.
Let's say you set up a dedicated Buyer character (who only buys) which has bought and retrieved the following items from the mailbox:
Step 1: Install and turn on the following addons:
- TradeSkillMaster
- TradeSkillMaster_Mailing
Step 2: Click the TSM minimap button and click Mailing Options.
Step 3: In the Player Name text box type in the name of the character that you want all herbs to go to (in my example its Inkmaker).
[WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU TYPE YOUR CHARACTER'S NAME CORRECTLY. IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG NAME IT WILL SEND YOUR ITEMS TO SOMEONE ELSE]
Step 4: Repeat step 3 for who you want all ores to go to, and leathers (in my example Gemmaker and Leathermaker).
You should end up with something like this:
Step 5: On the left side under Options click Inkmaker, then select all the herbs and then click Add. All the 4 herbs should pop to the right like this:
Step 6: Repeat step 5 for ores and leathers ie add elementium and obsidium to Gemmaker and leathers to Leathermaker.
Step 7: Click Close and then open your Mailbox and look for the TradeSkillMaster_Mailing: Auto-Mail button like so:
Step 8: CLICK ZEE BUTTON ONCE.
If you did everything correctly before you can blink this is the magic of Auto-Mail:
Results?
- Inkmaker will have all the herbs waiting in mailbox
- Gemmaker will have all ores waiting in mailbox
- Leathermaker will have leathers waiting in his mailbox
Step 9: Open your Makers, unload mats and mass craft.
